A Portrait of Henri Texier

Henri Texier’s story is full of visits to and from different places and symbolic cultures. The Batignolles, Brittany, North American Indians are for him, territories on which his imagination and his creativity stroll. At a time where he has reached a point of musical maturity, it is but logical to leave for the discovery of these places, in order to relive the musical experiences of the counter bassist and the orchestra conductor that he used to be. But this journey has to be undertaken also to find his inspiration again, and themes that take part in the construction of his work.
