They are avant-garde wine growers, their vineyards define the northern limits of wine culture in the region of Pays de la Loire. They have been settled in Sarthe, in one of the tiniest and least known vineyards of the country. Here, the raisin takes longer to ripen, the plant battles against the climate in order to produce. The plant requires much more attention and care. Those who culticate it therefore have a tougher task at hand, but when the conditions are favourable, their wine can become quite exceptional.
