Special Mention - Berlinale Documentary Award 2021

What is the meaning of a military occupation? Through the testimonies of the soldiers who implemented it, director Avi Mograbi explains the functioning, logic and practices of a colonialist occupation.

He uses the 54 years of Israeli occupation in the Palestinian territories of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip as the basis for a “Short Manual of a Military Occupation”.
